Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your CLT Ready account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

• Your email, display name, parent email, and test date
• All practice attempts, answers, and score history
• Your user profile and authentication record

What gets retained, and why

• Purchase records — Apple, Google, and our subscription processor retain subscription and transaction records independently, as required by tax and billing regulations (typically 7 years in the US).
• Transactional email logs — our email provider retains delivery logs for up to 30 days for operational purposes.
• Encrypted database backups — deleted data may persist in backup snapshots for up to 30 days before being fully purged.

Timeline

Requests are processed within 30 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email at the account’s registered address once deletion is complete.

Prefer to delete from within the app?

Open CLT Ready → Settings → Account → Delete Account. The in-app flow processes your request immediately.
